Director of National Accounts - B2B - Office Supply

 

Our executive search firm is working on an entrepreneurial role for an exciting client that is experiencing tremendous growth and are a leader in their space.This company moves fast, makes quick decisions, and cuts out the red tape. This is a highly autonomous role that needs a self starter and hunter mentality. There are major opportunities as preferred vendors with some of the major office supply organizations.

 

A few of the key requirements:

 

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience and relationships with some of the largest Office Supply retailers. (Staples, Office Depot, Grainger, Wayfair, for example)
  • Experience selling in the B2B space driving relationships, utilizing data analytic tools, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to spec in products for large contract RFP's working with account sales teams.
  • Work with category management to launch new products, taking market share from competitors in specific commercial segments.
  • Proficient in computer systems such as MS Office and Excel. In depth knowledge of Salesforce and eCommerce platforms strongly preferred.
